Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about finance, data interpretation, and strategic business decision-making. You will support the senior finance team in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, forecasting trends, and driving improvements in financial performance across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Analyze current and past financial data and performance to recommend improvement strategies.

- Develop financial models to support budgeting and forecasting.

- Monitor financial metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights.

- Collaborate with other departments to collect financial data and ensure accuracy.

- Support the month-end and year-end closing process.

- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

- Present financial information and trends to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).

- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in a financial analysis, accounting, or similar role.

- Internship experience in finance or accounting is a plus.

- Fresh graduates with relevant coursework are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday

- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible hours possible based on project needs)

- Fully Remote / Work From Home

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle (a plus)

- Ability to interpret and analyze large datasets

- Team player with the ability to work independently

- A proactive mindset toward learning and professional development

- Strong ethical foundation and respect for confidentiality
