Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety proceduresMonitor cabin for signs of distressAssist passengers during emergency situations such as evacuations or medical emergenciesCustomer Service Excellence:Welcoming passengers and engaging with them throughout the flight to create a comfortable, friendly environment.Assisting with seatingServe food and beveragesMaintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cabinEnsure adequate commissary stock items are available onboard for the next shift/flightReporting:Completing and submitting required safety reports.
