Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety proceduresMonitor cabin for signs of distressAssist passengers during emergency situations such as evacuations or medical emergenciesCustomer Service Excellence:Welcoming passengers and engaging with them throughout the flight to create a comfortable, friendly environment.Assisting with seatingServe food and beveragesMaintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cabinEnsure adequate commissary stock items are available onboard for the next shift/flightReporting:Completing and submitting required safety reports. (i.e., SMS reports)Ensuring the general orderliness of the aircraft and assisting in the on-time departure of every flight operated.Requirements: Minimum 2 years customer service experiencePrevious Flight Attendant experience an asset but not requiredMust stay current and trained on relevant aircraftAble to obtain a Transport Canada security clearanceComfortable working in confined spacesComfortable working at high altitudes in a pressurized cabinWorking Conditions:Initial three weeks training24/7 availability during the weekAdditional InformationSummit Air, a member of the Ledcor Group of Companies, delivers customized fleet and aviation solutions safely and reliably to support Canada's North and beyond.
