Location Greater Toronto Area Posted 2025-11-24 Deadline 2025-12-12 Job Summary The position will be responsible for partnering with FootJoy Canada Sales Representatives and Marketing Team to activate the FJ mobile FitLab performance footwear fitting experience at on and off-course facilities and select marquee events in Ontario with stops in Quebec. The FJ Fitter will execute the brands best-in-class performance footwear fit program inclusive of event management and marketing (in partnership with the sales representative), event set-up and execution, green grass staff education, consumer engagement and drive to conversion. He/she will become an expert on FJ performance golf footwear including knowledge of the product line and best practices on footwear fitting.

Responsibilities

- Successfully plan and execute FJ FitLab events. Partner with Sales Representatives and Marketing Team on event management &communications.

- Lead fit activations on site inclusive of set-up, consumer fit experiences, trade education, and tear down.

- Partner with sales teams to establish schedules for fitting events per location. During the spring and summer seasons, this specific role will primarily cover Ontario with significant focus on the Greater Toronto Area along with multiple stops in the Ottawa Valley and Quebec. In the fall and winter months, this role will primarily focus on trade partner account training.

- Possible off-season travel to international regions.

- Trade Product Education; Merchandising- extend and improve the merchandising of all FJ products in key partners stores.

- Train staff on the essentials of footwear as performance enhancing golf equipment.

- Provide weekly reports on all shoe fitting events concluded and an updated brand experience calendar.

- Provide feedback trends and insights from the fitting days to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Must have proven customer service skills; 2 years of customer facing and/or sales related experience preferred.

- Customer service experience within golf and/or sports footwear is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, iOS and proficiency with technology including general database programs.

- French language proficiency is a strong asset.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

- This role involves significant travel for 7 months/year, with the other 5 months primarily based in the person’s home territory (preferably the GTA).

- Must have ability to travel internationally.

- Ability to stand, bend and/or kneel for extended periods of time.

- Expected to lift and carry objects up to 40 lbs.

- Work schedule involves irregular times and days, including evening and weekends.

- The candidate will be expected to drive the FJ FitLab Van to all events.

- Must have a valid driver’s license.

Compensation Starting salary $55,000 to $60,000 depending on experience.
