Position Summary:
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key liaison between our customers and the service department. You’ll provide clear communication, schedule appointments, recommend maintenance, and ensure each customer leaves with a positive impression of their service experience. This is a fast-paced, customer-driven role that requires professionalism, accuracy, and a passion for delivering great results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with service inquiries and appointments
- Clearly explain vehicle issues and recommended maintenance or repairs
- Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery
- Communicate updates to customers throughout the service process
- Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Process repair orders, payments, and warranty claims
- Maintain a clean and organized service desk
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a service advisor or automotive customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with automotive systems and terminology an asset
- Valid driver’s license required
