Our client stands among the industry leaders in the food sector and is looking to hire an individual on their 3 shift rotation, this is a permanent opportunity for an existing vacancy that requires strong experience with PM and breakdown response. This position offers a strong compensation package along with a clean/organized environment where tools are provided among other perks.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on high speed packaging machines, robots, mixers, food processing equipment, etc
- Machine build experience is considered an asse
- Breakdown response of all production machinery in the plant
- Work closely with millwrights and maintenance technicians to complete daily tasks
- Mechanical troubleshooting as required
What you bring to the table:
- 433A Millwright license
- Knowledge of automated machinery and the mechanical ability to handle a fast paced environment
- Read schematic drawings to repair equipment
- Professional attitude and work ethic

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with packaging machinery
- Food/bottling industry experience
Location: Hamilton, Ontario
Shift: 12 hours continental or 3-shift rotation (8H)
Salary/Rate: $45.48/hr + Shift Premiums, x1.5 Saturdays, x2 Sundays
