AboundHealth is seeking Pre‑Professionals to work as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). This role offers flexible schedules (mornings, evenings, weekends) that you can build around your classes. What You Bring (Qualifications) - Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Pre‑Med, child education, or a related human services field. - A strong desire to learn and gain hands‑on healthcare experience. - Excellent communication, accountability, and time management skills. - A High School Diploma or GED. - A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
