Tâches et responsabilités
- Analyser les problèmes logiciels rencontrés par nos utilisateurs afin d’identifier les causes .
- Proposer des solutions aux erreurs des utilisateurs et corriger les problèmes de configuration du système.
- S’assurer que tous les problèmes sont bien documentés et les solutions reproductibles.
- Servir de pont entre les systèmes de production et les équipes de développement.
- Identifier les améliorations potentielles du produit en fonction des problèmes rencontrés en production.
- Créer une base de connaissances pour soutenir nos produits.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de développement afin de bien comprendre les nouvelles fonctionnalités des produits.
- Soutenir le déploiement de nouveaux systèmes en production.
- Agir en tant qu’expert technique pour les opérateurs des systèmes (pilotes d’avion).
Profil recherché
- Proactif avec un fort esprit d’initiative.
- Apprécie l’action et est notre premier répondant en cas de panne des systèmes de production.
- Capable de travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
Exigences techniques
- Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en informatique, développement logiciel ou un domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en support technique ou en développement logiciel.
- Connaissances et expérience avec Kubernetes, Docker, System D, Windows VM et Linux.
- Des compétences en développement logiciel sont un atout majeur.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Analyze software issues encountered by our users to identify root causes.
- Propose solutions for user errors and correct system configuration issues.
- Ensure all problems are well-documented and reproducible.
- Serve as a bridge between production systems and development teams.
- Identify potential product improvements based on issues encountered in production.
- Create a knowledge base to support our products.
- Collaborate with the development team to fully understand new product features.
- Support the deployment of new systems into production.
- Act as a technical expert for system operators (airplane pilots).
What We Are Looking For:
- Proactive with strong initiative.
- Enjoys action and is our first responder for production system failures.
- Capable of working independently and in a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Requirements:
- University or college degree in computer science, software development, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical support or software development.
- Knowledge and experience with Kubernetes, Docker, System D, Windows VM, and Linux.
- Knowledge of software development is a strong asset.
