Accountabilities

- Implementation Leadership: spearhead the implementation of a ServiceNow HAM solution, including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective HAM solutions.

- Solution Design: Contribute to detailed solution designs and implementation plans, leveraging ServiceNow's capabilities to meet business needs.

- Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize ServiceNow HAM modules to align with organizational requirements and best practices.

- Integration: As required, integrate ServiceNow HAM with other IT systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

- Training and Enablement: Contribute to the creation of training and support material for end-users and stakeholders on the implemented HAM solutions and processes.

- Quality Assurance: Drive the thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the HAM implementation framework.

Skills & Qualifications

The resource for the position will need to have established skills in the following areas:

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow HAM implementation SME in a similar role.

- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Hardware Asset Management preferred.

- Familiarity with the Microsoft platforms, particularly Office, SharePoint and Teams.

- Strong organizational skills and diligence to ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks.

- Ability to understand and communicate key concepts.
