You will meet customers who, like you, hold customer service quality and suggested products in high regard.Our partner, a Canadian company that distributes and manufactures state-of-the-art instruments used in industrial applications, is looking for a Technical Representative in Instrumentation. A company at the forefront of its niche and constantly offering solutions and services to their customers. They specialize in temperature sensors and their ISO 17025 lab offers many services. Tasks - Advise customers on the appropriate products for their application. - Prepare and communicate quotations to customers. - Answer customer questions and provide technical assistance as needed. - Validate customer order information and generate purchase orders in the computer system. - Cross-sell and suggest complementary products. - Participate in internal and supplier training programs. - Provide support to external representatives. - Perform any other tasks required by the position. - If you are ready to take on new challenges, we would like to meet you Advantages - Employee benefits. - Very competitive base salary + bonuses. - Expenses paid during travel, including the cost of gas. - Training and support from a complete and dynamic team. Job requirements - DEC or equivalent in electrotechnics, instrumentation control or related fields. - Must have a valid driver's license. - Experience in B2B sales/customer service in a technical field. - Being fully bilingual to serve a bilingual clientele on a daily basis. - Experience in the field of industrial instrumentation. - Proficiency in Powerpoint and its effective use to influence small to medium sized groups. Desired profile - Dynamic, autonomous and resourceful. - Have a technical analytical mind. - Good team spirit. - Have an interest and aptitude for instrumentation, industrial and technical applications. - Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics in simple terms. - Be a good listener in order to understand the customer's requests and adopt a problem-solving approach.
