Successful candidates will possess:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Ability to travel to various store locations within Edmonton, AB
- Ability to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with potential overtime
- Primarily night and weekend shifts
- Good communication skills and excellent customer and staff relations
- Ability to work as a team player
- Ability to work quickly, multi-task, and perform well under pressure
- A high level of professionalism
- Willingness to participate in continued education to upgrade knowledge
- Active engagement in patient counseling, monitoring patient profiles, and performing drug usage reviews
- An interest in disease management, compliance programs, and community seminars/workshops
