- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule service calls, installations, and maintenance appointments
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records
- Assist with bookkeeping and reporting tasks
- Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems
- Order office supplies and handle general office upkeep
- Support management and field staff with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in an office or administrative setting (trades experience/knowledge is an asset but not a requirement)
- 2 years experience with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Payroll
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Wage Scale $22.50 - $24.00 based on qualifications & experience
- Full-time, 8am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)
