About the Role

As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, supporting clinic operations and ensuring a smooth experience for both patients and staff. You’ll handle administrative tasks, assist with minor device repairs, and manage third-party billing processes. Training will be provided for technical aspects of the role.

- $20/hour starting wage
- Extended health benefits from day one
- 3 weeks vacation to start, increasing with tenure
- 6 personal days in the first year
- Additional paid day off for your birthday
- Monday to Friday schedule (business hours)
- Quarterly bonus eligibility

Responsibilities

- Provide customer service in person, by phone, and via email
- Schedule appointments and maintain clinic files
- Manage client accounts and build relationships
- Coordinate with insurance companies for third-party billing
- Assist with cleanings and minor in-clinic device repairs
- Support Hearing Care Professionals with administrative needs

Qualifications

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Interest or experience in accounts receivable and reconciliation
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
