What the Role Involves

- As a Virtual Sales Manager (also called a Virtual TeleSales Specialist), you’ll guide clients through important financial decisions — all from your home office.

- Meet with clients over virtual calls to understand their needs and offer tailored insurance solutions

- Work exclusively with warm leads — no cold calling, door-knocking, or bothering your friends and family

- Complete our guided training program and get your state life insurance license (if you’re not licensed yet)

- Provide excellent service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction

- Set and achieve personal and team goals

- Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and a client-first mindset

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need a background in insurance. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.

- Self-starters who are coachable and goal-driven

- Great communicators who can build rapport quickly

- Comfortable working independently in a 100% remote setup
