The main purpose of this role is to coordinate activities to support driving and implementing Halton Healthcare’s commercial and retail strategy for the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, Milton District Hospital and Georgetown Hospital, and support the Manager of Retail Operations in these deliverables. Key responsibilities include providing assistance to the Manager on oversight to all retail operations, lease holds, analysis of vendor performance, marketing events and assistance with other non-retail leases held by Halton Healthcare. This position is also responsible for coordinating all retail activities from invoicing, marketing and inspections across all 3 Hospital sites. Vendor sales collection and trackingMaintain vendor performance files and trackersCollect vendor sales and prepare and issue monthly rent invoicesAnalyze business performance and trends and provide recommendationsVendor mail collection and distributionCoordinate monthly health and safety retail inspectionsMaintain tenant roll and lease agreementsOversee vendor tasks and issues raised at all sitesFollow up on late rent payment and arrearsSupport Manager in other initiativesUpload promotional posters and retail related materials to Corporate internetMaintain and update vendor page on connections and corporate websiteTake meeting notes as requiredCoordinate and execute marketing events to promote retail servicesManage retail content on social mediaDesign and produce marketing materials and signage to promote retail servicesCoordinate other activities related to retail as directed by ManagerOther duties as assigned as part of the Facilities and Retail TeamQualificationsThis is what you’ll need to do it:College or University degree in marketing/advertising/business or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of experience working in a business environment (Hospital setting preferred)Strong analytical skills to be able to analyze financial data and sales reportsExperience in lease agreements/negotiations preferredAbility to collaborate across cross-functional groups and external partiesStrong computer, Adobe and Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)Exceptional customer service and communication skills both written and verbalSelf-directed and able to work efficiently with minimal supervisionWell organized, ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environmentExperience with understanding, monitoring and critically reviewing contracts for facility servicesStrong problem assessment and problem solving skillsAble to work in a team environmentAdditional InformationStatus: Temporary Full-timeHours: Monday - Friday, 7.5 hour day shifts - hours are subject to change based on operational needsSite: Multi-site - Milton, Oakville or Georgetown as requiredSalary: $33.795 to $42.256Date Posted: December 1, 2025Internal Applicants Due By: December 8, 2025REF2971WHalton Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer who is committed to integrating diversity, equity and inclusion throughout our operations, policies and culture.
