Compensation & Benefits

- Earnings per massage: $40–$65 hour (including commission and gratuities).

- Additional monthly gratuities (after standard tip‑out).

- Bonuses for client requests and additional modalities.

- Vacation pay: 4 % (increases to 6 % after 5 years).

- Wellness incentive program and paid statutory holidays.

(Note: Administrative tip‑out applies to gratuities to cover booking, cleaning, and support services.)

Schedule

This wellness centre operates 7 days a week with flexible full‑time and part‑time shifts available.

- Monday – Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM

- Thursday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM

- Sunday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Qualifications

- Massage Therapy Diploma (minimum 2200 hours).

- Registered and in good standing with one of the following: MTAA, CRMTA, RMTA, or NHPC.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Professional, reliable, and passionate about providing quality client care.

- Experience in modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and cupping is considered an asset.
