We specialize in residential, commercial, cabinetry, and fine-finish painting, and we’re looking for a Painter Team Lead who can bring energy, expertise, and leadership to our team.

You’re a painting pro 5+ years of experience in residential, commercial, or cabinetry painting

You’re a natural leader You’ve managed crews before and know how to get the best out of your team

You take pride in your work Quality and attention to detail matter to you

You communicate like a boss Whether it’s with clients, teammates, or management, you know how to keep everyone in the loop.

You’re a problem-solver When challenges pop up, you don’t sweat it—you handle it

You know your tools Brushing, rolling, spraying—you can do it all

You’ve got the extras Drywall repair, cabinet refinishing, and spray-painting experience? Even better

You’re reliable A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are a must

Leading Projects – From start to finish, ensuring efficiency and top-quality results

Managing Your Team – Mentoring, motivating, and making sure the job gets done right

Keeping Standards High – Making sure every project meets (or exceeds) our quality expectations

Coordinating & Scheduling – Ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time

Talking to Clients – Keeping them informed and happy with progress updates
