Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Calgary
CBI Home Health is looking to immediately hire Licensed Practical Nurses to work with clients in home care settings.

Your role
- You understand the critical role of home health care in supporting the larger health system and demonstrate confidence in navigating clients and families to other resources to meet their goals.
- You recognize and respect the role of each member of the interdisciplinary team and demonstrate excellent communication skills to facilitate collaborative care.
- You have an appreciation for diversity and actively seek to be inclusive in your practice.
- You understand and practice within your scope of practice.
- You deliver and document nursing care on the Client chart using the nursing process.
- You report any change in Client status to the appropriate health discipline team member.
What you will need to be successful:
- Active license in good standing with CLPNA.
- A clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening within the last 6 months.
- Proof of a negative TB test.
- Access to a reliable and insured vehicle, along with a valid driver’s license.
- At least 6 months of experience as an LPN.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
