As asales person you are the most important person to make sure thishappens

Responsibilities

- Initiate contact with the customer

- Interact with visitors and seek every opportunity to increase sales at allcustomer touchpoints enhancing the customer experience

- Combine a Customer First focus with store tasks

- Work actively with additional sales in all touch points such as the cashdesk, fitting room, on the floor and other areas of interaction

- Work actively to reach both store common and individual goals

- Take an active part in developing own skills and performance,contributing to a good working environment

- Cooperates with all colleagues. Gives and receives feedback in aconstructive way

- Acting according to Lindex values & steering documents

- Continuously improve working methods within the role

- Seek and share necessary information to reach the best results

Further Information:

Must be fully flexible for days, evenings, weekends. Key holder experience would be an advantage.
