We are seeking a Data Engineer Lead with strong expertise in relational and NoSQL databases, big data technologies, and cloud-native architectures.

The ideal candidate will lead data engineering initiatives, design scalable solutions, and guide the team in implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases, Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
- Implement data modeling strategies and database migrations.
- Utilize Azure services such as Data Factory, Functions, Event Grid, and Service Bus.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or similar role.
- Strong experience in ETL development and cloud-native architectures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative mindset.
