Our product works today and at scale, across industries, regions, and limitless use cases.
As the 3rd fastest-growing B2B AI start-up worldwide, we’re at the forefront of the AI revolution, providing the most widely-used platform for sophisticated AI agents.
The work ahead is ambitious. The opportunity is rare. We take a deliberate approach to growth: product-led, capital-efficient, and highly focused.
If you want to build foundational technology for one of the most meaningful platform shifts in software, we’re looking for top talent to join us.
Key Highlights:
- Over 1 million AI agents and chatbots deployed
- 700,000+ platform users
- Trusted by 35% of Fortune 500 companies
- 7 years of expertise in AI solutions
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly analytical and versatile finance professional to join our team as a Financial Analyst.
This role will partner directly with the Director of Finance and support company-wide decision making — from forecasting and board prep to financial tooling and workflow automation.
Responsibilities
FP&A and Financial Analysis
- Build and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Produce clear, reliable reporting for internal stakeholders and help prepare materials for board and investor updates
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support company-wide initiatives — examples include pricing, hiring plans, vendor evaluation, and SaaS metrics
Finance Operations and Tooling
- Improve how we track and access core financial and operational metrics across systems
- Support the monthly close process in collaboration with our Controller and Bookkeeper
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reporting — and help evaluate and implement new tools to support that
Cross-Functional Support
- Apply a quantitative lens to decisions across GTM, Product, and People teams
- Communicate insights clearly — helping stakeholders across the company make better, faster decisions
Requirements
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a high bar for accuracy — you care about getting the numbers right and explaining them clearly
- Experience in a finance-related role (e.g. FP&A, banking, accounting, ops, or similar) is a plus, but not required — we’re open to early-career candidates who are sharp and hungry to learn
- Comfortable working in Google Sheets/Excel to build and audit models and reports from scratch
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn — especially comfortable using AI tools to extend your capabilities and tackle things you haven’t done before
- Takes agency in an unstructured, fast-paced environment — you proactively identify problems, own your work, and follow through without needing a playbook
- Willing to get into the details — you’re not above chasing down accounting inconsistencies, double-checking data at the source, or doing hands-on work to make sure the numbers hold up

- Comprehensive health, dental, vision, travel, and life insurance
