Public health inspectors help ensure people are safe and healthy in amenities or service that are open to the public. Inspectors primary aim is to identify and eliminate public health hazards as they perform inspections, follow up on complaints, and educate operators to ensure safe, hygienic public facilities, amenities and services as they enforce Public Health Act regulations.
