Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dental team by ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional patient care. This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about dentistry and eager to contribute to a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready and available.
Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring cleanliness.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems such as Abel
Stay updated with dental terminology and best practices in dental assisting to enhance service delivery.

Skills

Proficiency in using dental software, particularly Abel Dent, is highly desirable.
Knowledge of orthodontics and experience working with pediatric patients is a plus.
Strong understanding of dental terminology relevant to dentistry.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
Ability to perform dental assisting tasks with precision and accuracy
