Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: Remote

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract

Alldus is hiring on behalf of a leading organization for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with broad expertise across multiple ServiceNow product suites. This role offers the opportunity to design, configure, and extend enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions while guiding teams in developing new applications and optimized service processes.

Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow product suites, including GRC, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM.
- Guide and mentor developers in building custom ServiceNow applications and corresponding service processes.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Process Owners to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Develop custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations in accordance with ServiceNow best practices.
- Support platform upgrades, testing, and deployment across multiple environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience across multiple product suites.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API) and understanding of ServiceNow architecture.
- Experience building custom applications and extending ServiceNow’s core capabilities.
- Excellent collaboration, documentation, and communication skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CIS certifications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC) preferred.
