Lead Graphic Designer

- Own the brand's visual identity, guidelines, and overall art direction.
- Ensure consistent application of brand visuals across all channels.
- Manage and mentor the Graphic Designer reporting to you.
- Delegate and review work to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.

Campaign Development

- Define and execute campaign visual identities.
- Lead creation of campaign assets: photography integration, application image editing, web graphics, print collateral, etc.
- Conduct competitor research and design benchmarking.

Photoshoots & Visual Content

- Develop shot lists for product and application photography.
- Create mood boards to guide lighting, angles, framing, and styling.
- Oversee production to ensure visuals align with brand storytelling.

Events & Projects

- Lead design and visuals for trade shows, product launches, and factory visits.
- Support special marketing projects and one-off requests with creative direction

Qualifications required

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Over 7 years of professional experience in design/art direction.
- Proven expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in architectural lighting, architecture, or a related design-focused field such as interior design, luxury products, or industrial design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in campaign and brand design across digital and print media.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to mentor and inspire.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Assets

- Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of architectural lighting, lighting design, or the design/architecture industries.
- Familiarity with multimedia platforms, social media content, and digital drawing.
- Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken) is required to ensure regular collaboration with stakeholders outside of Quebec.
