Submit your resume today to be considered for this confidential and rewarding opportunity exclusively through Robert Half.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute financial strategies, aligning with organizational goals that enhance profitability and support long-term business objectives.- Provide leadership for preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to align with organizational goals.- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure smooth production cycles and capital investments.- Provide accurate and timely financial reports to assist executives in making informed decisions.- Establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial compliance.- Analyze operational and financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency.- Collaborate with departments such as operations, procurement, and sales to align financial planning with business needs.- Drive cost-saving initiatives in sourcing and production processes while maintaining quality standards.- Optimize finance and accounting processes for better accuracy and compliance.- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards while proactively mitigating risks.- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with 3 years in a leadership role within manufacturing.- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; accounting designation required; CPA or MBA strongly preferred.- Proven expertise in inventory management, cost accounting, and capital asset oversight in a manufacturing environment.- Strong knowledge of cash flow management, financial risk mitigation, and working capital strategies.- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.- Strategic mindset with a focus on scaling businesses and driving profitability.- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.- Proven ability to lead and collaborate across different departments to achieve business objectives.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
