We are seeking a skilled and motivated Zuora Billing Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and optimization of our subscription billing infrastructure. You will play a key role in implementing scalable solutions using the Zuora platform and integrating with enterprise systems

- Develop, customize, and maintain Zuora Billing solutions to support subscription lifecycle management.
- Design and implement Zuora APIs and workflows to integrate with CRM, ERP, and payment gateways.
- Configure product catalog, rate plans, usage models, and billing rules in Zuora.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to billing, invoicing, payments, and subscriptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales Ops, and Engineering to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, security, and audit requirements.
- Provide technical documentation and support for Zuora configurations and integrations.
- Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities with Finance and Revenue teams.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Zuora Billing development and subscription billing systems.
- Strong understanding of Zuora Object Model, REST APIs, workflows, and custom objects.
- Proficiency in SQL and data migration within Zuora.
- Familiarity with subscription models (B2B/B2C), usage-based pricing, and revenue recognition.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Zuora Certification (Administrator or Developer).
- Experience with Zuora Revenue or other billing platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, ADO).
- Prior experience in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and CPQ implementations.
- Experience integrating Zuora with Salesforce or other CRMs.
