SE Health Speech Language Pathologists provide person-centered care, build rapport and trust with clients, and help them progress in their homes. - Planning and implementing client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs

Requirements
- Registration with the College of Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario
- Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset
- Effective interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- A positive work and attendance record is essential
- Ability to adapt to new computer applications
- This role follows a hybrid work approach where you can work remotely and with clients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation settings
