Adoption Specialist – 12-Month Contract – Toronto – Technology/SaaS

We’re seeking two Adoption Specialists in Toronto for a 12-month hybrid contract (3 days onsite). This role is within the technology/SaaS industry, focusing on customer success and adoption of LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator platform.

As an Adoption Specialist, you will play a key role in onboarding customers, delivering training, and driving product adoption to ensure successful renewals and growth. You’ll work closely with enterprise and strategic sales teams, supporting customer-facing initiatives and building strong relationships to maximize engagement.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to meet KPIs and performance targets

• Self-starter with problem-solving mindset

• 1–2 years in business development or full-cycle sales

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Proficiency with CRM or other sales technology tools

• Project management and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in customer success or SaaS adoption roles
