Votre rôle chez TSC

En tant que Senior Business Analyst spécialisé dans Odoo, vous jouerez un rôle crucial en accompagnant et en coachant notre équipe de Business Analysts. Vous serez également en charge de :

- Accompagnement et Coaching: Soutenir et coacher les Business Analysts moins expérimentés.

- Gestion de Projets: Assurer un suivi complet des projets Odoo, de la conception à la livraison.

- Analyse et Stratégie: Comprendre et adapter les solutions Odoo aux besoins spécifiques de chaque client.

- Support Commercial: Participer à l'élaboration d'offres de services.

- Configuration Technique: Paramétrer et personnaliser Odoo en fonction des exigences du client.

- Suivi et Exécution: Gérer la mise en œuvre et la maintenance des installations Odoo.

- Assurance Qualité: Organiser et exécuter les phases de test pour assurer la qualité du produit.

- Formation et Support: Offrir du support et des formations fonctionnelles aux utilisateurs finaux.

- Fidélisation Client: Construire et maintenir des relations de confiance avec nos clients.

- Cross-Selling: Identifier des opportunités pour étendre nos services, notamment dans les domaines du Web et du Marketing Digital.

Votre Profil

- Un esprit orienté solutions

- Une maîtrise d'Odoo est un atout indispensable.

- Diplôme en Business Management, IT Management ou expérience équivalente.

- Expérience confirmée en gestion de projet.

- Maîtrise du français et bon niveau d'anglais. Le néerlandais est un vrai plus.

- Excellentes compétences en communication, sens de l'écoute et esprit d'équipe.

- Vous êtes en Belgique.
