About the Role

We are seeking experienced SAP Solution Architects to join our Strategic Transformation Roadmap (STR) team. This is a mission-critical role where you will design, implement, and optimize integrated SAP solutions that drive innovation and operational excellence in the energy sector.

If you are a certified SAP Solution Architect (SAP HANA) with hands-on experience in Nuclear or Manufacturing industries, and expertise in Finance or Supply Chain models, we want to hear from you. Candidates must be prepared to demonstrate real-world expertise during interviews through scenario-based discussions and architecture design exercises.

What You’ll Do

- Lead enterprise architecture development using TOGAF, ensuring alignment across business, application, data, and technology domains.
- Apply COBIT for IT governance and SAP Activate for structured delivery.
- Architect and integrate SAP S/4HANA/ECC modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM) with enterprise and third-party systems.
- Define and govern data models, flows, and migration strategies ensuring compliance and integrity.
- Design and optimize SAP infrastructure (on-premise, cloud, hybrid).
- Utilize LeanIX and Signavio for architecture visualization and process modeling.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and ERP teams to translate strategies into SAP-enabled solutions.
- Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, prototyping, integration, testing, and deployment using agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum).
- Mentor team members and champion continuous learning and innovation.

What We’re Looking For

- Mandatory:
- SAP Solution Architect Certification (SAP HANA)
- 8+ years of SAP architecture experience across business, application, data, and technology domains
- Proven hands-on experience in Nuclear or Manufacturing industries
- Preferred:
- Expertise in Finance or Supply Chain models
- Certifications in TOGAF, COBIT, Agile frameworks (SAFe)
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, ABAP, SAP Cloud Platform
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to rapidly produce architecture deliverables using LeanIX and Signavio.
