We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Administrator with proven expertise in implementing Group Managed Service Accounts (GMSA) and managing enterprise-scale identity and access management environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AD migrations, PowerShell scripting, and security hardening practices, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient directory services.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and manage Group Managed Service Accounts (GMSA) and Local Administrator Password Solution (LAPS).
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, auditing, and administrative tasks.
- Lead Active Directory migrations and domain consolidations across enterprise environments.
- Design and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs), OU structures, delegation models, and AD replication.
- Apply IAM/PAM concepts including role-based access control and directory integrations.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to support AD-related initiatives.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with access governance and security standards.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Active Directory engineering and administration.
- Proven experience implementing GMSA and LAPS.
- Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with AD migrations and domain consolidations.
- In-depth knowledge of Group Policy, OU design, and AD replication troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IAM/PAM concepts and directory integrations.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux system administration.
- Security-first mindset with attention to access governance.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
