We're looking for an energetic, community-focused powerhouse to become the dynamic face of Spartan Wellness across Canada This isn't your average outreach job; it's a mission to blend purpose and fun.

As our Community Care Outreach & Events Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind exciting, unique events specifically designed to get our heroes—Veterans and First Responders—out of the house and engaged in memorable, purpose-driven activities (think everything from a 10,000 Island cruise to a team challenge at a local spot).

This high-impact role is a thrilling mix of:

- Epic Event Management: Planning, coordinating, and delivering our nationwide calendar of events.
- Community Building: Forging essential partnerships and strengthening relationships with key Veteran and First Responder groups.
- Talent Recruitment: Finding and rallying our passionate volunteers and ambassadors.

✅ What You'll Bring

- 3+ years of experience in community outreach, event coordination, or partnership development (healthcare, veteran services, or non-profit is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders (clinicians, community leaders, etc.).
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident living in Canada.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.
- Proficiency with event platforms, CRM, and Microsoft 365.
- Being bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
