As part of our continuous growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Origination – Commercial.

Position Overview:

We are seeking knowledgeable and motivated Part-Time Mortgage Brokers to join our team and support clients in securing tailored mortgage solutions that align with their financial goals. In this role, you will leverage your industry expertise and network to guide clients through the mortgage application process, from initial consultation to final approval.

This is a flexible, commission-based role ideal for an experienced broker looking to maintain a part-time schedule, or for a newer professional seeking to grow within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Notes:

- Remote position – work at your own pace

- Earn income while gaining hands-on experience

- Participate in training programs

- Structured career development and professional support

- Be mentored by experienced mortgage professionals

- Option to transition into a full-time mortgage broker role

- Completed the UBC Mortgage Broker Exam, or

- Currently licensed as a Part-Time Mortgage Broker in BC
