You enjoy being hands-on in your role and thrive off identifying innovative solutions for your team and the company.This is a remote position however you will be responsible for extensive travel with frequent practice visits within the British Columbia's northern and interior regions. Reporting into the Vice President, Operations, the Director of Operations will be responsible for supporting the ambitions of our valued Partners throughout the region by delivering our expertise in key business areas resulting in optimal patient care and creation of value for our stakeholders. You are a leader who has proven experience effectively managing a team, supporting our Partners in delivering best in class patient care and are driven by excellence.**In this role, you will** Identify and implement operating efficiencies and opportunities that optimize patient care & experience, grow revenue and profitability, drive engagement for practice level staff and ensure practices are physically maintained to set standardsPost-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field (University Degree or College Diploma required); an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is considered an assetResults-oriented, detail-focused leader with 3–5 years of experience overseeing multi-unit operations in industries including Dental, Healthcare, Retail, or HospitalityProven ability to drive sustainable, measurable, and profitable growth through rigour around financial and operating KPIs and metricsExcellent leadership and collaboration skills; proven ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships across diverse groups and levelsProven ability to execute large-scale projects involving numerous stakeholdersStrong organizational and time management skills and ability to manage numerous projects simultaneouslyOur purpose is to provide the best care for our patients.We empower our people and our practices with resources and technology to deliver exceptional care and patient outcomes.
