You’ll be empowered to make decisions, build strong stakeholder relationships, and foster a culture of safety and ethical excellence.If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving technical challenges, and want to be part of a company that values innovation, integrity, and inclusion—this is your opportunity to make a real impact.**How You’ll Make an Impact*** Lead service projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment* Define project plans and allocate tasks across internal and external teams* Monitor progress and provide performance feedback to drive results* Oversee project financials including invoicing, cost control, and cash flow* Identify and manage risks while capturing lessons learned* Support procurement and supplier negotiations in collaboration with Supply Chain* Act as the key contact for customers and escalate project issues when needed* Ensure all activities comply with HSE policies and promote a safe work environment* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines**Your Background*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering* Minimum of 2+ years of project management experience, ideally in the energy sector* Strong understanding of HV switchgear, power transformers, and substations* Proficient in project management tools and methodologies* Excellent communication and leadership skills* Fluent in spoken and written English & French(optional)* Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in CanadaWe pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
