Overview

Are you a Low-rise Residential Site Super looking to work for a leading Construction Management firm on lowrise/townhomes & a single family homes project. Our client is an established leading CM firm and is currently sourcing for an experienced, hands-on and operationally focused Site Super, if you are a strong Finishing Super or enjoy being in the rough phase, you should apply as training will be offered to right applicant in all stages of the construction phases should it be needed. The company has a successful, reputable and proven track record in the low-rise and high rise construction and is looking for a natural leader who can hit the ground running and bring their specific expertise and ideas to the company managing their construction projects.

Responsibilities

- Manage the site activities within the scope of the Site Super
- Attend meetings, track progress, document milestones and ensure completion
- Support the delivery approaches and project plans, timeframes and budgets
- Work with all levels of the organization assisting in conflict resolution
- Utilize project management tools and techniques to prioritize requirements, set objectives, deliverables and ensuring initiatives are on track
- Communicate information to all stakeholders at critical points
- Ensure all deliverables are documented for budget and timelines objectives are achieved
- Maintain documentation of changes/revisions and related issues or decisions

Qualifications

- It is essential that you have completed a residential construction project for a builder of town homes or single family homes
- Superior communication skills and interpersonal skills are also important in dealing with a wide range of individuals
- Strong computer skills will be an advantage
