Responsibilities

- Achieve account development objectives through effective goal setting and performance management.
- Develop an effective sales team through supervision, motivation, and participation.
- When needed, provide relief coverage of sales routes throughout the Western and Central regions.
- Coordinate the relief schedule throughout the region as well as tracking vehicle maintenance, scheduling and conducting of quarterly route audits.
- Champion projects, programs, and business initiatives.

Requirements

- 1-3 years consumer goods sales experience
- Minimum Grade 12 education. (Post-Secondary education is an asset.)
- Valid and clean driver's license. (Driver's abstract will be requested.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective organization skills and can handle multiple priorities.
- Team player, with strong communication skills.
- Able to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, kneeling, etc.)
- A reliable vehicle to get to the worksite before accessing work vehicle.
- Ability to travel and stay overnight when required.
