CWD is seeking an E-Commerce Marketplace Coordinator (1-Year Contract) to join our exceptionally talented and collaborative team Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager at our Niagara Falls location, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing traffic and conversion strategies, developing and maintaining key e-commerce accounts, handling account administration, and conducting reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Administration
- Maintain and update product listings in marketplace portals such as Amazon Seller Central
- Investigate and resolve marketplace listing issues
- Manage case resolution for marketplace accounts
- Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing business performance
Traffic and Conversion Strategies
- Schedule and execute promotions to drive traffic and sales
- Collaborate with agency to manage Amazon pay‑per‑click advertising
- Set up and launch new products on e‑commerce marketplaces
- Implement yearly sales and marketing plans
- Collaborate with account managers to explore business growth opportunities
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare reports on sales and expenditures
- Analyze sales performance versus forecasts
- Evaluate promotional activities and develop actionable plans
Other
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce Manager to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
- Effectively complete other duties as assigned
This is a full-time 1-year fixed‑term position working 40 hours a week on‑site. Our hours of operation are 8:15am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
