Our client, based in Vaughan, is seeking a Collections Clerk to join their team on a full‑time basis. This is an excellent opportunity within the construction supplies industry, offering stability and the chance to contribute to a growing organization.

Location: Vaughan - Keele and Hwy # 7

Reporting to: Collections Manager

Competencies:

- College diploma or degree in Business/Finance/Accounting preferred.
- Must have excellent communication skills ( written and verbal )
- 5+ years of progressive credit & collections experience, including at least
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/AR system familiarity an asset.
