Station Supervisor (M2 AME)

Reporting directly to the Director of Maintenance (PRM) and the QA Manager, you’ll play a key role in our growing team, supporting our diverse clients with their line maintenance needs. YOUR TASKS:

- Oversee and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure aircraft are serviceable, meeting operational requirements and adhering to Transport Canada and client airworthiness standards.

- Plan, manage, and supervise the execution of aircraft maintenance tasks.

- Allocate and manage resources effectively to handle the assigned workload.

- Document delays, incidents, accidents, and other maintenance‑related communications.

- Consult with client Maintenance Operations Control (MOC), System Operations Control, and Operations Managers, regarding incoming maintenance issues and aircraft faults.

- Engage with Flight Operations at departure gates to discuss aircraft serviceability, ensuring timely and efficient maintenance to uphold operational readiness.

- Maintain clear communication with all ramp maintenance personnel.

- Manage base inventory and liaise with main stores for material requests and tooling.

- Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of aircraft maintenance activities.

- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance (PRM) and the QA Manager.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

- Must have a valid AME M2 license and minimum of three endorsements (A320, B777, B737 NG/MAX, or A350 strongly preferred).

- Must have a valid RAIC, DA, and AVOP for YHZ or able to obtain.

- FAA A&P license strongly preferred.

- Previous AME Lead/Supervisor experience required.

- Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Bi2).

- Strong communication skills.

- Excellent planning and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
