Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of Java Fullstack projects.
- Drive the design and development of high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and Node JS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Conduct code reviews, identify areas for process improvement, and implement best practices for software development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recommend technology solutions, and contribute to technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Information Technology.
- Proven track record of at least 6 years in Java application development.
- Strong expertise with Spring Boot development for a minimum of 3 years.

Technical Skills & Experience

- Proficiency in Java programming, including multi-tier application design and development.
- Experience with React JS or Angular frameworks for front-end development.
- In-depth knowledge of RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

- Demonstrated analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Previous exposure to the Healthcare Industry, understanding regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Experience working in a Global delivery environment, managing remote teams and clients.
