Ensures compliance with organizational and ambulatory care policies, regulations and standards of care and practice and competency of clinical and non-clinical staff. Accountable for developing, monitoring and engaging team members and other resources to improve financial performance, patient experience, quality, safety, access and team member performance. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, developing and retaining staff with the goal of developing a highly reliable work team. Utilizes effective communication and interpersonal skills.
