Hours of Work : 37.50 hrs./week; 7.5 hrs./day Monday-Friday; Full Time, Probationary Hours will be : 3:00pm to 11:00pm Hourly Rate: $25.79 per hour, as per the CUPE Collective Agreement Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our Facilities Services at École Élémentaire Leo Nickerson Elementary School. The successful candidate will clean designated areas of our building, perform minor maintenance tasks, and maintain positive relationships with user groups under the direction of the Assistant Manager of Facilities Services. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain assigned building areas Perform minor maintenance tasks as required Foster positive relations with building user groups Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision Requirements: Valid security clearance Own transportation Ability to work independently Provide work-related references Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of building cleaning experience Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience Applications, either written or electronic, must include documentation which describes: Highest level of formal education. Professional certificates, trade certificates, etc. Courses, seminars, and specialized training. Experience related to the position. Other skills and abilities applicable to the position.
