Our client, a trusted leader with over 35 years of experience in the North American business aviation market, is seeking a talented and experienced Coordinator, Heavy Maintenance. You will play a key role in managing major inspections, contributing to a company that values safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate major inspections on aircraft with precision and efficiency.
- Actively participate in meetings related to assigned major inspections.
- Oversee the full inspection work package and manage inspection flow efficiently.
- Coordinate all requirements related to materials, parts, tooling, and outside services for inspections.
- Identify and track project milestones alongside the Project Manager.
- Engage in problem-solving and solution-finding for inspection-related challenges.
- Assess identified defects and provide information for rectification.
- Complete and maintain all relevant technical documentation.
- Support purchasing processes as necessary.
- Review work packs, billing groups, and invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all technical documentation and log releases are accurately maintained.
- Execute other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

Requirements:

- Valid M2 Transport Canada AME License.
- Minimum of five years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs.
- Strong understanding of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs).
- Proven experience in planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance activities.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Team-oriented mindset.
