Reports to: Production Manager
Job Summary
The Manufacturing Technician supports production by maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth manufacturing processes. This role requires technical expertise and a commitment to quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Support: Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production.
2. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve equipment and process issues.
3. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and production activities.
4. Collaboration: Work with engineering teams to implement process improvements.
Qualifications
1. Education: Associate’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field preferred.
2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Skills:
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
