In this role, you will:

- Design, build, and deploy custom Copilot experiences within M365 environments (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Platform).

- Utilize Copilot Agent Toolkit / Agent SDK to build, train, and integrate intelligent agents.

- Develop and maintain Custom Connectors to connect Copilot with internal systems, APIs, and third-party services.

- Collaborate with solution architects, UX designers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Copilot solutions.

- Optimize and secure integrations in compliance with Microsoft’s best practices.

- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of our companies AI productivity solutions.

Qualifications:

- 6–7+ years of software development experience in enterprise environments.

- Proven experience with M365 Copilot development and integration.

- Proficiency with Copilot Agent Toolkit (Agent SDK).

- Strong background in Power Platform, Azure Functions, Graph API, and Custom Connectors.

- Hands‑on experience with C#, TypeScript, and RESTful API integration.

- Solid understanding of Microsoft security, identity (Entra ID), and compliance frameworks.

- Excellent problem‑solving and collaboration skills.

Desired skills:

- Experience with Azure OpenAI, semantic kernel, or other AI orchestration frameworks.

- Exposure to enterprise data governance and Copilot rollout strategy.

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform or Azure Developer credentials.
