Your mission

Lead and elevate our design output across brand, web and UX. You’ll guide a talented creative team, drive the visual direction of our projects, and help set new standards for how design can influence, inspire and drive meaningful digital experiences.

Working at the intersection of creativity, behavioural science, and technical precision, you’ll bring ideas to life that not only look great but also shape how people feel, think, and interact online.

You’ll lead the charge on visual and UX innovation, oversee delivery across a wide variety of projects, and mentor a growing team, all while helping us keep people and planet at the heart of everything we do.

What You’ll Do

Creative & Technical Leadership

- Set and own the creative vision for web and brand projects
- Apply insights from psychology and behavioural design to influence user action
- Drive innovation in UI/UX and on-design tool
- Lead R&D for emerging design trends, tech and accessibility
- Collaborate on the technical strategy to keep us future-ready
- Apply core SEO principles into design (Training provided)
- Mentor, manage, and grow the design team
- Lead performance reviews, support career progression, and shape team culture
- Oversee quality assurance and delivery standards

Project Ownership & Delivery

- Lead design scoping, quotations, and resource planning
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to brief
- Work closely with account managers and devs to anticipate problems and resolve them early
- Collaborate on big creative concepts and cross-team innovation

About you:

- 5+ years in digital design, with a focus on web and UX
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong understanding of UI, accessibility, and user‑centred design
- Deep interest in psychology, behavioural science, and what makes users tick
- Expert in Figma, Adobe CC, and other modern design tools
- Creative, organised, and commercially aware
- Passionate about sustainability, inclusivity, and making design matter
