About the Role: You will play a vital, hands-on role in keeping manufacturing operations running smoothly. This position supports multiple areas of the Production team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll provide flexible support across three key areas of Production:

- Automated Production Support (70%)

- Clean dishes, tools, and equipment in a fast-paced commercial dish pit.

- Remove soiled equipment from machine rooms and return clean parts to service.

- Keep custom machinery running by ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.

- Shipping Support (20%)

- Accurately package and prepare customer orders with care.

- Assist with labeling, boxing, and staging shipments for pickup.

- Support the shipping team with light administrative and organizational tasks.

- Preventive Maintenance Support (10%)

- Assist with routine cleaning and periodic preventive maintenance tasks on custom automated machinery, facilities and equipment.

- Support the upkeep of our new, state-of-the-art production facility.

Across all areas, you’ll maintain strict adherence to GMP standards and Quality Assurance guidelines, ensuring your work area remains clean, sanitary, and organized at all times.

Experience Requirements

- Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Comfortable with physical work, including standing for long periods, performing repetitive tasks, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and compliance.
- Experience helpful but not required - previous work in dishwashing, janitorial, shipping, or warehouse settings is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
- An interest in the Natural Products industry.

The typical starting base salary range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. This role is Monday to Friday, 10 am - 6:30 pm.
