What You Will Do
Conduct detailed clinical assessments and deliver tailored interventions to improve clients’ daily living skills.
Undertake paediatric work, focusing on child development, neuro-development, and childhood occupations.
Prioritise caseloads effectively, applying strong problem-solving skills and solution-focused approaches.
Prepare clear, well-structured reports for use in multidisciplinary meetings.
Apply and expand your knowledge of physical and developmental disabilities to improve occupational performance.
Contribute to service improvement through clinical audits and research.
Communicate complex information with empathy to support clients and families.
Design and deliver Occupational Therapy programmes, working closely with schools, caregivers, and staff to enhance outcomes.
Supervise students and junior team members, sharing expertise and fostering professional development.
About You
HCPC Registration: Essential for this role.
Driving Licence: Required to travel between locations within Windsor.
Experience: Previous experience in paediatric OT is desirable, though professionals keen to develop these skills are encouraged to apply.
