What We Are Hiring

As a Restaurant Manager, you will support the General Manager in overall restaurant operations, staff management, profit plan achievement, guest growth, and sales activities. You will assist in employee selection, retention, and operational improvements. You will report to the General Manager and supervise approximately 15-20 crew members.

What You'll Do

- Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports, develop solutions to meet goals
- Assist the General Manager by overseeing shifts; ensure brand standards and guest service standards are met in a clean, welcoming environment
- Develop and coach hourly employees on brand standards, policies, and guest service programs
- Work with the General Manager to attract, hire, onboard, and retain top talent
- Develop hourly employees through training, development plans, and system assignments
- Maintain compliance with Denny's Brand Standards and all regulations
- Demonstrate commitment to guest satisfaction and Denny's Core Values
- Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are

- 2+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality industry; leadership/operations experience preferred
- Effective communicator in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements
- Team player, collaborative, attentive
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, capable of multitasking
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
